Smile Angel Home (Orphanage Center)
Sarwar Welfare Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization; one of the main Projects is Smile Angel Home.
Striving the Poor Little Angels who lost their Parents particularly the death of their parents due to natural disasters or any other causes. In Pakistan there are very few Christian Orphanage Centres. The destitute children ranging from New born to 18th Years in age will be rallied and brought under the shelter of Smile Angel Home. Children are bewildered, lonely, confused and with broken heart it our endevour to help them gain their deck feet, clam their normal lives, through counseling, teaching Christian values and from the Word of God, educating academics, and also giving them personal attention to each child. We stand promise to support children up to the level of Graduation, oriented & professional skills & training as they enter into practical life phase. Each child will leave Smile Angel Home as a self-sustaining, strengthened in their faith will become a strong pillar of the church and useful member of society, and will become independent, and start working for themselves and for humanity.

Executive Summery
Smile Angel Home (S.W.F) is the project of Sarwar Welfare Foundation Pakistan (S.W.F) is Non-Governmental, none- profit making Organization its major goal is to support the rebuilding of live and happiness in the Christian community of Pakistan. The organization will implement community based rehabilitation and development interventions targeting the orphans. Its current focus is restoration’ hope through economic recovery, capacity building, and psychosocial support for the marginalized children especially orphans. These shall be through basic educational training, practical skills in technical institutions, promotion of hygiene and sanitation in basic primary health care and sport promotion. After the age of 18, children will sent to the hostel for the further professional education / trainings.
The primary beneficiaries of the program shall be the targeted vulnerable groups of Christian orphan especially those who have lost their parents, and have no one to care for them. This will improve their lives
What Is Orphans
An Orphan in this project understood to be a child who has lost one or both parents or living with grandparents or guardians sometime no one take care of them due to broken family or being born out of wedlock. As a result they cannot provide good enough living standards than due to poverty, homelessness, disability, chronic illness &natural disasters.

The percentage of orphans among the Christian community is more than 5% in
- The children who are separated from their biological parents because of abuse, divorce or imprisonment or second marriage of father/mother after the divorce/ death of father/mother.
The percentage of Broken family is more than 2% and is increasing day by day in Christian community in Pakistan.
- Children born out of wedlock considered to be the result of illegitimate affairs.
The percentage of children born out of wedlock is very low in Pakistan.
Orphanage
Orphans in orphanages are given a safe environment in which to grow, given somewhere to sleep, regular food and schooling, and visit their families often. Most important though, is that children in orphanages are given a stable lifestyle that they would not find at home.

Smile Angel Home centre welcome children from infancy to until the age of 18, children who are either orphans, have been abused and or belong to poor socio economic conditions.

Background
Pakistan is one of the democracies of the world, has a current population is estimated 220892,340 people is equivalent to 2.83% of the total world population & Christian population is 1.59% Most of the Christian people are living on the average or below the margin line of poverty and are facing many problems like lack of food, shelter , basic education , health , unemployment un-awareness of spiritual & moral values, lack of safe drinking, drainage inadequate food poor health care and education effect on the health.
It also cause family issues due to death or divorce or criminal activities, Many Christian families in slum areas due to lack of knowledge, skill and poor education cannot get the good jobs, even they are unable to fetch their square meal a day, They are unable to continue their children’s education as they are not able to pay the fees school. Most of the families in slum areas are being additive to drugs, alcohol these types of issues lead to death / divorce.

We would like to see an integrated home where children live in an integrated manner. Our teaching and with the help of teaching aid tools and activities are beneficial to all vulnerable children. To enable them to express their unique selves and receive more personal interventions by teachers while creating a distinctive school where children are able to help the other class mates and community. Staff and children learn to create a special learning environment. Children have flourished in an environment to enable them to express their unique selves among the Community.
Statement Of The Problem
So many children have been left homeless and there was increase in orphans with no body to take care for them. Most of these children were left with their poor grandparents may not enough and due to the economic burden to the extended families, no proper attention may be given to them and some are roaming on streets thus vulnerable to sexual exploitation and child labor. It increase the risk of children turning to the streets becoming beggars and thieves .A large proportion of deprived children have acquired psychopathological behavior, increasingly becoming involved in crime, drug abuse and violence and yet enter the labour market at very young ages, all of which seriously affects their growth and well- being .
The high level of household population (six to eight members) increases the difficulties of providing adequate coverage and quality of public services such as education, health and housing for families, especially for Children Poor Health reduces

Need
overty has always been recognized as the major cause of family breakdown issues and death leaving the children as orphans and destitute. These children starve without food and clothing and room along the streets. Some time they caught in wrong hands of criminals like baggers, child labor sexual exploitation if they sent to the Govt. and non-Christian orphanage where they do not taught the Christian teachings & values.
Purpose
Smile Angel Home seeks to be consistent in its dealing with poor children of Christian community, so that through treating each child individually and dealing them as unique, and we are able to have guidelines and God’s love to make them a good citizen and better human being for Christian community as well as for the society.
A very strong goal of improving the quality of life of the vulnerable children and orphans through provision of education and psychosocial support programs To transform the lives of marginalized people especially the vulnerable Children for improved quality of life in their future.
And there was increase in orphans with no body to take care for them. - To provide an opportunity for 6 Orphans (semi-orphans) to live in congenial atmosphere with parental love to pursue their education.
- Project Goal To help deprived Christian orphans in any part of Pakistan by providing them a platform & develop a pathway to become a leader by enhancing their potential through teaching Christian values, quality education and best living standard. Objectives The project aims to address their shelter, food, education, health development and entertainment. To provide food, shelter, education and clothing for 6 children.
- To provide medical care for children living in the Smile Angel home.
- To impart the spiritual values and strengthen their faith by teaching from the Words of God to become good Christian.
- To impart moral values to children to strengthen them to become self –reliant.
- To improve the quality of life of the orphans and vulnerable children by establishing a permanent home, school and health care for them.
- To train care givers in care giving skills to enable these children get adequate care, love and support.
- To provide adequate education to these children to make them good citizens and have a better future through good education right from a tender age.
- To create awareness to the community and the outside world for the need to protect, promote, preserve and support the vulnerable children and the orphans including their rights.
Activities
The following Activities will be undertaken in caring the children in Smile Angel Home.
To provide an opportunity for children to live in congenial atmosphere with love and care To achieve the objective following activities will be implemented during the program period.
To provide food, shelter, education Smile Angel home to cater the needs of destitute children, orphans. These children will provide food, shelter, education and clothing. The children will attend the Christian English medium school regularly and coaching is arranged to strengthen their academic achievements, children will provide with square meal three times a day. Eggs, meat and milk are included in their diet, for their education text books and stationary will provide. To provide medical care to the children Health of the children is taken care and special attention is given for those who are weak by providing special medical care. A medical team will provide medical assistance including First aid kit with simple medicines for the children.
To make the children to learn spiritual teaching Teach the things concerning the Lord Jesus Christ presenting Him as Personal Saviour &Lord The children will be taught and given guidance for their spiritual growth by Pastor visit, daily devotion in morning and night, Sunday school, worship in a church every Sunday. To make the children to learn moral lessons to become self-reliant The children will brought up under strict discipline .the children will be taught and given guidance for their physical and mental growth.
To make feel as home To celebrate their birthdays and occasions and for the entertainment picnics and visit to parks.
